Product Introduction

Vortex Scrubbing Deodorizer
The 1st and 2nd acid water treatment units, 3rd and 4th alkaline water treatment units, and 5th and 6th neutral water treatment units are sequentially arranged within a single system to remove all odors through each stage of treatment, By installing a vortex scrubbing guide plate that generates a vortex in the connecting passage of each treatment part, the odor gas and each treated water react once more, so that it can completely respond to high-concentration complex odors by redundant treatment for high-concentration substances, and it is a multi-stage chemical liquid cleaning deodorization method that reduces the amount of chemicals by applying a ciliated material base plate for each stage.

Deodorization Technology Features
- It is composed of acid gas, alkaline gas, and neutral gas treatment units, and the 2, 4, and 6-stage vortex scrubbing treatment units are equipped with vortex scrubbing guide plates that generate vortices on odorous gases to increase the contact time between odorous gases and chemical solutions, dramatically improving odor treatment efficiency.
- A water removal plate with cilia attached to the rear of the vortex scrubbing part of each end is installed to prevent the neutralization of chemicals by each end, improving odor removal efficiency and reducing maintenance costs by reducing the amount of chemicals used.
- It consists of primary acid water treatment units for dust and alkaline odors, secondary alkaline water treatment units for acid odors, third and fourth alkaline water treatment units for neutral odors, and fifth and sixth neutral water treatment units for VOC-based odors, and auxiliary facilities including water supply, pressure sensors, blowers, control panels, and secondary piping wiring.
- Install air-water separators (demistas, eliminators) in front of the final outlet to prevent the scattering of contaminated circulating water to prevent secondary odors and pollution of the surrounding environment.
