Introduction to Deodorization Technology
- The RTO structure consists of an inlet room, a distribution room, a heat storage layer, a combustion chamber, a reducer, and a purge device is installed to remove unprocessed residual gas from the rotary wing.
- The combustion chamber, heat storage layer, and distribution chamber are divided into several fan-shaped cells, and the rotary wing rotates to sequentially serve as a cooling zone (preheat) for one half and a heating zone (heat recovery) for the other half.
